The Challenge
Before we saddled up together, their Google Ads account was... let’s say, a bit of a rodeo. The Shopping structure was a bit out of control, tracking was not where we needed it to be, and Consent Mode? Well not all the way home. Their campaigns were profitable but we could increase the control of targeting the right products, and budget was galloping away but not with maximum potential. For a premium brand, we wanted to offer premium delivery.

The Solution
We jumped in stirrups-first. First, we rebuilt their Google Ads structure to increase control of putting the spotlight on hero products and giving them full reins on what sells (and what sells better). Then we fixed tracking and sorted Consent Mode all the way, so they could finally trust their data. The cherry on top? Laser-focused shopping campaign structure making shure we work with profitability and high-margin products as main focus.
