At the start of the project, NordCore were launching a new line of ballistic plates. Lightweight, exceptionally strong, built to protect Europe’s finest in the field. The product was world class, the brand wasn’t. The spotlight was stuck on the plates themselves. No focus on the people wearing them. No real storytelling around the advantages the technology unlocked. Instead, bland graphics and lifeless presentations that left no impact.

We rebuilt NordCore’s brand with one principle: put the wearer at the core. Every touchpoint now highlights real-world use, showing the vest in action, complex environments made simple, rugged terrains, night and day conditions. The gear is no longer just a product spec, it is a promise of protection. We delivered a new visual identity, a bold presentation system and custom content produced with AI to match the budget and timeline. The messaging shifted from focusing on material specifications to showcasing the people who depend on them.
